Shortly after graduating, I landed a dream role working on the BBC’s three-part documentary series Welcome to Rio. Based in Rio de Janeiro for nearly a year, I supported a team of award-winning directors across all stages of production—from logging and shoot assistance to managing the series’ finances. My final credit on the series was Production Assistant and I was so chuffed about that.
